We celebrate our new members once a year.  It's a fun evening where new members can meet other members.  SDGC (non new) members bring appetizers, desserts and wine.  It's a very special evening.

Our garden walk is the main event where we raise funds for our scholarships.  As part of the garden walk we have a sale of members perennial plants and what we call "hidden treasures" where members donate items related to gardening.  It's fun!  Don't miss this!

Jeri Walsh Allis will discuss lifecycle, social organization, and environmental and natural factors to support bees.  

This trip to Proven Winner Gardens at Spring Meadow Nursery is a must see.  Natalie will give us a guided tour of there proven winner gardens.  This tour will last approximately 1 1/2 hours.  Following the tour, we will enjoy a box lunch at the picnic tables on their grounds.

Rebecca Marquardt, a landscape architect, will talk on how to incorporate native plants in our gardens.
